Curious what your student data is really telling you? Please join us for a hands-on session on using Excel pivot tables to quickly summarize, explore, and visualize student data. In the training, participants will learn the basics of Excel pivot tables, are guided through step-by-step building of pivot tables, and learn to spot trends in data within their subject and how it compares to campus-wide data. Whether you’re brand new to pivot tables or have dabbled before, you’ll leave with practical skills, sample data sets, and ideas you can apply right away to support student learning and equity-minded decision making.

What if your students could help you improve your class while it’s still in progress? In this collaborative two-hour workshop, we’ll explore practical ways to gather and respond to student feedback throughout the semester, not just at the end. You’ll discover straightforward, equity-minded strategies to listen for patterns, adapt instruction in real time, and communicate changes transparently so students feel recognized and valued. Leave with a personalized “Student Voice Plan” and ready-to-use tools (surveys, exit tickets, and reflection prompts) to make listening to your students a natural part of your teaching practice all semester long.
