How do I view my balance and make a payment?
What are GWC enrollment fees? | What are the other fees?
Tuition and fees are due at the time of registration. Students are responsible for verifying all fee balances and registration prior to the start of the term. To confirm receipt of payment and registration, we highly recommend that students print a Class Schedule (Web Schedule Bill)—located in MyGWC.com on the "Registration Tools" card. Please make sure to drop any classes that you do not plan to attend and/or pay all fees dues to avoid a hold being placed on your record. Unpaid fees will be forwarded to collection and a $25.00 collection fee will be added to the account. If you have any questions about your fee balance, please contact (714) 892-7711.
If you need financial assistance, you should apply for Financial Aid as soon as possible. It is the student’s responsibility to submit all forms and documents to complete their financial aid file in a timely manner for award disbursement. Failure to do so, may result in courses being dropped for non-payment.
NOTE: If you have Financial Aid covering your classes, please know it does not cover the COLLEGE SERVICE CHARGE, STUDENT HEALTH FEE, or STUDENT REPRESENTATION FEE. You must pay the fees, or you will be dropped for non-payment.
If you are unable to pay the balance due for your classes by the scheduled drop for non-payment deadlines, students may also sign-up for a payment plan to cover a term balance of $150 or more.
Remember if you have any technical issues when trying to pay online or setting up a Cashnet Payment Agreement you must call the Admissions & Records office before the 2pm drop deadline so we may help you. Failure to do so will cause you to being drop from your classes. If that happens, we cannot add you back into them, and you will have to re-register if there are seats available.
