Applying for college can seem complicated. But we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Application Confirmation

After submitting your online application, you will receive a confirmation email from CCCApply immediately. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct so that you receive confirmation of your application and instructions to complete the admissions process.

A welcome email from Golden West College will arrive approximately 1-2 business days later. Please check your spam/trash folder if you don't receive an email response within 3-5 business days from the date that you submitted your application. The welcome email will provide your student ID number, MyGWC login information, and instructions on next steps.

Important email information

If it has been more than 3 business since you submitted your application please email arinfo@gwc.cccd.edu. Include your full name, birth date, submission date, California Community College ID number and the confirmation number with subject: Application Status Inquiry
