I. First time college student

Have not previously attended another college or university (dual enrollment coursework does not affect eligibility)
Not eligible for any type of financial aid.
Must meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the program requirements.

II. Returning GPP recipients from the 2025-2026 academic year

Must have been awarded the Golden Promise Program for both semesters for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Semesters must be completed consecutively and may not exceed the two-year program limit.
Must meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the program requirements.

III. Students who are only receiving the California College Promise Grant (fee waiver) and are not receiving any other grants.

Have not previously received the Golden Promise Program for a prior academic year.
Must meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the program requirements.

IV. Transfer Students Only: Students who have transferred from another institution must complete the Transfer Interest Form below to be considered for second-year eligibility at our institution.

To qualify, students must:

Have attended their previous college full-time for both semesters
Submit official academic transcripts demonstrating successful completion of Coursework
