Golden West College is committed to student success, helping students accelerate their education and achieve their goals, whether that means starting a career or transferring to a four-year university. The Golden Promise Program (GPP) supports this mission by offering eligible students FREE TUITION during the primary semesters (fall and spring) for up to two consecutive academic years, based on available funding.
This program is designed especially for students who do not qualify for traditional financial aid. In addition, eligible students may receive a stipend to help cover essential college expenses such as enrollment fees and parking permits, making it easier to stay focused on their academic journey.
To qualify for the Golden Promise Program (GPP), students must meet the following eligibility requirements:
*Returning students must renew their application each academic year to remain eligible.
